In a significant step toward enhancing the synergy between governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), a high-level delegation from the Iranian Ministry of Interior visited the headquarters of the Abshar-e Atefeha International Charity Foundation in Mashhad.
The delegation, led by Dr. Karimi-Kia, Deputy for Social Participation at the Ministry of Interior, included Dr. Zarei, Director General of Social and Cultural Affairs, and Ms. Sharifi, a prominent representative of provincial NGOs. The visit aimed to evaluate the foundation’s operational capacity, its impact on social welfare, and its role in fostering community-led development.
During the visit, officials were briefed on the foundation’s extensive humanitarian initiatives, which focus on providing relief services, supporting marginalized groups, and implementing cultural-social programs. فی خطوة هامة نحو تعزیز التعاون بین المؤسسات الحکومیة ومنظمات المجتمع المدنی، قام وفد رفیع المستوى من وزارة الداخلیة الإیرانیة بزیارة المقر الرئیسی لمؤسسة “آبشار عاطفه” (Abshar-e Atefeha) الدولیة للأعمال الخیریة فی مدینة مشهد المقدسة.
ترأس الوفد سعادة الدکتور کریمی کیا، معاون المشارکة الاجتماعیة بوزارة الداخلیة، وضم الوفد کلاً من سعادة الدکتور زارعی، مدیر عام الشؤون الاجتماعیة والثقافیة، والسیدة شریفی، ممثلة منظمات المجتمع المدنی فی المحافظة. وقد هدفت هذه الزیارة إلى الاطلاع على القدرات التشغیلیة للمؤسسة، وتقییم أثرها فی الرعایة الاجتماعیة، ودورها فی تعزیز التنمیة المجتمعیة.
وخلال الزیارة، تم تقدیم عرض شامل حول المبادرات الإنسانیة الواسعة التی تضطلع بها المؤسسة، والتی ترکز على تقدیم خدمات الإغاثة، ودعم الفئات المستضعفة، وتنفیذ البرامج الثقافیة والاجتماعیة. کما تم تسلیط الضوء على قدرة المؤسسة على حشد الموارد المحلیة واتباع نهج منظم فی إدارة المشاریع الخیریة الکبرى.

وقد رکزت المباحثات خلال اللقاء على ضرورة وجود تعاون استراتیجی بین الأجهزة التنفیذیة والمنظمات غیر الحکومیة (NGOs). وأکد الدکتور کریمی کیا أن تعزیز الشراکة بین الحکومة والمؤسسات الخیریة، مثل مؤسسة “آبشار عاطفه”، أمر ضروری لتحسین کفاءة توزیع الموارد وتعزیز الخدمات الإغاثیة والاجتماعیة.
کما أشاد الوفد بالنهج المنهجی الذی تتبعه المؤسسة فی تعزیز المشارکة المجتمعیة والتزامها بالشفافیة وتمکین المجتمع. واختتمت الزیارة بالتأکید على أهمیة فتح قنوات اتصال أوسع لتعزیز ثقافة العمل الخیری وتوسیع نطاق الخدمات المقدمة للفئات الأکثر احتیاجاً.
