First Think Tank Conference of Provincial Branch Managers and Deputies of the Abyss Water Compassionate Foundation
The first brainstorming conference of provincial branch managers and deputies of the International Charity Foundation “Abar Shafa-e-Atfeha” was held in Mashhad in May 2025, lasting three days, with the presence of the company’s CEO.
The event was organized with the goal of reviewing performance, identifying existing gaps, and developing actionable strategies to improve the foundation’s progress. During the three days, managers and deputies engaged in specialized discussions, exchanged experiences, and proposed practical solutions to enhance the quality of services.
Additionally, each provincial manager presented their work reports and the actions taken, enabling a thorough evaluation of achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
The CEO emphasized the importance of coordination among provincial branches, strengthening monitoring processes, and strategic planning to achieve the organization’s overall objectives during the opening speech. At the end of the conference, suggestions and operational plans for the implementation across all branches nationwide were summarized.
اولین همایش هماندیشی مدیران امور شعب استانها و معاونین بنیاد بینالمللی خیریه آبشار عاطفهها در اردیبهشتماه ۱۴۰۵ و به مدت سه روز، با حضور مدیرعامل این مجموعه، در شهر مشهد برگزار شد.
این همایش با هدف بررسی عملکرد، شناسایی نواقص موجود و تدوین راهکارهای اجرایی برای بهبود مسیر پیشرفت بنیاد برگزار گردید. در طول سه روز برگزاری، مدیران و معاونین حاضر در نشستهای تخصصی به تبادل تجربهها، بررسی روند فعالیتهای شعب و ارائه پیشنهادهای عملیاتی برای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات پرداختند.
همچنین، مدیران هر استان گزارش کار و اقدامات انجامشده را ارائه کردند تا ضمن مرور دستاوردها، چالشها و نقاط قابل بهبود نیز بهصورت دقیق مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.
مدیرعامل بنیاد در سخنرانی افتتاحیه بر ضرورت هماهنگی میان شعب استانها، تقویت روندهای نظارتی و برنامهریزی هدفمند برای تحقق اهداف کلان تأکید کرد. در پایان نیز جمعبندی پیشنهادها و برنامههای عملیاتی برای اجرا در شعب سراسر کشور انجام شد.
