بنیاد آبشار عاطفه‌ها برای رسیدگی به جمعیّت بیشتری از محرومین باید به صورت گسترده توسعه پیدا کند و در ابعاد مختلف در حرکت باشد؛ اگر نمایندگان این مجموعه فراگیر در شهرها و روستاها توسعه پیدا کند، قطعا اعتماد مردم به مجموعه بیشتر پویا، گسترده و ملّی خواهد بود و هرچه بیشتر توسعه پیدا کنیم اعتمادسازی در سطح جامعه کشوری ما افزایش پیدا می‌کند
