The international branch of the “Abshar Aatifeh” charity foundation held a grand celebratory event in Iraq, in the holy city of Karbala, with the aim of expanding its support and strengthening moral and social bonds. The program brought together local officials and philanthropists in a warm and meaningful atmosphere, designed to ensure that aid reaches real beneficiaries at the same time as religious and auspicious occasions. During the event, emphasis was placed on the importance of continuing humanitarian activities in the region and the positive impact these efforts can have on improving the living conditions of low-income families.
In the main part of the ceremony, the humanitarian actions reached their peak: valuable gifts and support—such as essential goods and financial assistance—were provided to individuals and families in need. A noteworthy aspect of this event was the special focus on orphaned children, for whom separate gifts and joyful programs were arranged to help boost hope and morale in this vulnerable group.
